Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use Ralli.
• Payout Eligibility: To participate in the Ambassador Program and receive cash or gear rewards, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.

2. The "Flexing" vs. Toxicity Rule (Code of Conduct)

Ralli is built for competition, bragging rights, and harmless trash talk. However, there is a hard line between banter and abuse. Apple and Google require us to police this, and we take it seriously.

• What is Allowed: Flexing your win streaks, using the in-app "Excuses" and Stickers, and harmless competitive banter.
• What Gets You Banned: Hate speech, racism, sexism, real-world physical threats, doxxing, or severe, targeted harassment.
• The Ban Hammer: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete your account-and wipe your entire match history and rank-at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

3. The Ambassador Program (Anti-Fraud Clause)

We offer substantial rewards (up to 20,000,000 VND value) for users who successfully invite active players to the platform. To protect the integrity of this program, the following strict rules apply:

• Valid Invites Only: An invite is only considered "Valid" if the invited user is a real human who downloads the app, creates a unique account, and logs at least one (1) verified Match.
• Zero Tolerance for Bots: If our system detects the use of bots, emulators, fake emails, or duplicate accounts created on the same device to inflate your invite numbers, your Ambassador status will be immediately revoked.
• Right to Audit: Ralli reserves the right to audit your invites before issuing any Ruby, Sapphire, or Diamond tier payouts. If we determine that you have attempted to defraud the system, you will forfeit all accumulated rewards and your account will be banned.

4. Match Integrity & Score Dodging

Ralli relies on the community to keep the stats honest.

Falsifying match results, colluding with others to artificially boost your Ralli Points (RP), or repeatedly refusing to confirm legitimate losses ("Score Dodging") violates the spirit of the app.

We reserve the right to manually adjust scores, reset leaderboards, or ban users who systematically manipulate their stats.

5. Play At Your Own Risk (Limitation of Liability)

Ralli is a digital platform for tracking statistics. We do not own, operate, or maintain the physical Pickleball courts where you play.

• Physical Injury: Pickleball is a physical sport. Ralli is not responsible or liable for any injuries, torn ligaments, or accidents that occur while you are playing a match logged on our app.
• Real-World Disputes: We are not liable for any real-world conflicts, lost wagers, or disputes that arise from leaderboards or match results generated on Ralli. You assume all risks associated with your offline interactions with other users.

6. Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time through the app settings. As stated above, Ralli also reserves the right to terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, particularly for violating the Code of Conduct or attempting Ambassador fraud.
